About the Project

The state-of-the-art facility will be located directly south of the Randall Reed Center at Planet Ford Stadium. The project, which is using funds from the 2022 Bond, will cost approximately $141 million, and will be designed by HKS Architects

The Education Performance and Instruction Center (EPIC) will serve as a shining beacon of light, highlighting the remarkable talents and diverse abilities of our students. This center will stand as a testament to the commitment to excellence within our district, showcasing innovative projects, artistic expressions, and academic achievements that reflect our dedication to nurturing the growth and success of every learner.

The following areas are built into the program for EPIC:

  • Main Performance Hall ‐ 1,000 Seats

  • Academic & Recital Hall ‐ 200 Seats

  • Locker and Dressing Rooms

  • 2 Multi‐Purpose Rooms - 6,400 capacity

  • 1 Multi‐Purpose Room - 1,800 capacity

  • Lobby & Front‐of‐House

  • Culinary & Concessions

  • Facility Offices & Back-of-House

  • Loading Dock

  • 1,000 parking spaces
